Internet Representative – Gerald Nissan of North Aurora
Gerald Nissan of North Aurora is growing, and we need to fill this role immediately! We’re looking for a motivated Internet Representative to join our team. This role requires someone who can respond to customers quickly and accurately over email/text, be pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond quickly to internet sales leads
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified appointments
- Work with customers throughout their journey, from first contact to final sale
- Provide accurate price quotes, rates, and inventory availability
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles with confidence
- Guide customers through credit application processes
- Stay up-to-date on Nissan products and certifications.
- Track performance, maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and meet monthly goals

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range for this position: $39,000-$49,000 annually (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
- Available Benefits include medical insurance, with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance
- Paid Maternity Leave
- PTO after 90 days of employment
- Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
