Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator provides administrative, documentation, and workflow support to program leadership and is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily technical and project activities. This role manages contract documentation, configuration controls, deliverable tracking, and routing of materials for signatures, approvals, and submissions. The coordinator supports vendor membership processing, application execution, onboarding documentation, maintenance of member credentials, helps maintain the day-to-day health of program operations. Frequent local (NoVA/DC) travel; opportunity for infrequent, short-duration CONUS trips.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Five or more years of experience in administrative/coordination support roles within technical, data, acquisition, or project driven environments.
- Experience supporting documentation workflows, configuration controls, and deliverable tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and coordination tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting programs in national security, technology, analytics, or commercial data environments.
- Familiarity with commercial and publicly available data sources.
- Experience supporting technical meetings, workshops, reviews, or industry engagement events.
- Experience with membership administration, portal records, or vendor coordination.
