We’re seeking a skilled Dispatcher/Scheduler to coordinate our field operations and ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. Position Overview The Dispatcher/Scheduler plays a critical role in organizing daily service schedules, dispatching technicians, and maintaining communication between the office and field teams. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a customerfirst mindset. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC and geothermal service technicians for maintenance, installations, and repairs.
Coordinate daily workload, ensuring efficient routing and timely completion of service calls.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service confirmations.
Track and monitor technician availability, job status, and material needs. Manage scheduling software and maintain accurate service records.
Collaborate with management to prioritize emergency and high-importance calls.
Support billing and service documentation as needed. Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination (HVAC or construction industry preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software.
Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
A professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude.
