We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support both operational and client-facing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and client communications, including calls and follow-ups.
- Conduct detailed information research utilizing the internet.
- Prepare, organize, and deliver competitive, qualification-based proposals & prequalification packets.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO tasks, and other marketing activities.
- Assist with internal company communications to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Operate and manage basic office equipment efficiently.
- Perform administrative support tasks, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Assist with proprietary equipment, software, and business strategy
- Run errands as needed to support company operations.
- Provide proactive assistance without constant supervision, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience supporting digital marketing (social media, SEO) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation (for errands, if applicable).
- Ability to work in the USA, we utilize E-Verify
