80 – 20 split between office and plant work environment.
The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.

Essential Functions
- Ensure that GEOTEK’s process documentation is followed
- Ensure all defined process and product checks are performed correctly by production associates
- Ensure GEOTEK’s products conform to customer requirements through product audits
- Manage the monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes affecting the quality of GEOTEK’s products through process audits
- Management of non-conforming material processes including effective communication, containment and disposition
- Conduct receiving inspection on purchased products and chemicals
- Support quality improvement and/or scrap reduction projects
- Support QMS activities as needed and compliance with ISO standards
- 1- 2 years of production/ manufacturing and quality experience or an Associates/ Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of production/manufacturing quality support/execution experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and programs
- Problem-solving skills; Ability to implement corrective actions
- Self-starter with a results driven mentality
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
