Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the design and development of intuitive, user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with end users, stakeholders, and software development teams to create engaging and high-quality user experiences.

This role requires strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping. The candidate should be comfortable gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative user data to drive product recommendations and design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability research

• Collaborate with end users and development teams to design intuitive products

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data to support product decisions

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs

• Apply usability principles and mental models to design strategies

• Develop visual assets, iconography, and interface components

• Refine and improve user interfaces based on feedback and research findings

• Utilize rapid prototyping and visualization techniques

• Document and communicate design processes and recommendations

Required Skills

• 5 years of UI/UX Design experience

• Strong experience with user research and interaction design

• Expertise in typography, visual design, and information architecture

• Proficiency with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

• Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
