SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead
Location: Newark, CA (7373 Gateway Boulevard) – 4 Days Onsite
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead to drive after-sales service and warranty solutions for a leading automotive client. The role will focus on SAP S/4HANA Service, Warranty Management, dealer/service integrations, and automotive after-sales transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty solution design and implementation.
- Manage automotive after-sales processes including:
- Warranty claim adjudication
- Vehicle & parts warranty tracking
- Recall and goodwill handling
- Service order processing & billing
- Work closely with After-Sales, Engineering, Finance, Dealer Networks, and Business teams.
- Drive integrations between SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud/Field Service, custom dealer portals, and Workato middleware.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and production readiness.
- Ensure integration across VIN management, parts logistics, and financial settlement processes.
Required Skills
- 10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
- SAP Warranty Management
- Service Orders, Notifications, and Settlement
- Strong automotive after-sales and dealer ecosystem experience.
- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, and integration patterns.
- Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, DMS, or external warranty platforms.
