Georgia Regional Behavioral Service Inc. (GRBS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide center-based pediatric speech therapy services. Many clients may also receive ABA services, allowing for collaboration with BCBAs in a supportive, team-based environment.
This role offers consistent scheduling, administrative support, and the opportunity to help build and shape a growing speech program within an established ABA organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members as appropriate
- Provide caregiver education and training
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain compliance with ASHA, Georgia licensure, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible Georgia SLP license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a collaborative ABA setting (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$60 per hour, based on experience
