The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide speech and language services to students in PK-12 school settings. This role will support student communication needs through assessments, individualized treatment planning, therapy delivered in individual and group formats, consultative services, and collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students to update IEPs and complete eligibility reports.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Deliver speech and language therapy through group sessions.
- Provide consultative services to support student communication needs.
- Document student progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Plan and support appropriate student discharge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in speech-language pathology. (CF or CCC-SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State Speech-Language Pathology License. (GEORGIA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience with speech-language assessment.
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication.
- Experience with individualized treatment planning.
Salary : $80 - $100
