*Duties*
- Provide assitance to Case Managers in caring for Hospice patients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize Matrix Care software for medical record documentation
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient encounter
- Collaborate with Hospice staff to ensure seamless patient care
Pay: $25.00 per hour
