The Georgia Mountains YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across digital, social, email, print, and in-person channels. This position works closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to promote YMCA programs, membership, events, and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across YMCA platforms.
- Develop marketing materials for programs, events, membership, and organizational initiatives.
- Create and schedule email campaigns and member communications.
- Create and manage Meta ads and monitor campaign performance and program registrations.
- Design graphics, flyers, presentations, digital signage, and other promotional materials.
- Capture photo and video content at YMCA programs and events.
- Assist with Reels and other short-form video content.
- Update website content, Linktree, program schedules, and community calendars.
- Support marketing for childcare, membership, youth programs, events, hiring, and other YMCA initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing requests, projects, and deadlines through Asana.
- Assist with event signage, materials, forms, presentations, and promotional needs.
- Track marketing expenses, receipts, and invoices.
- Provide additional marketing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing organizational or business accounts preferred.
- Experience with Canva required.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content, including Reels, is ideal.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, email marketing, photography, or website management is a plus.
Position Details
Hours: 29 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Location: J.A. Walters Family YMCA, Gainesville, Georgia (on-site)
Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed for YMCA events, photography, or other marketing activities.
Salary : $14 - $17
