Required Qualifications
• 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading Oracle ERP projects (Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, or Fusion).
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM).
• Exposure to adjacent platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), analytics, or middleware.
• Prior consulting or system integrator background is a strong plus.
• Experience in managing offshore or distributed delivery models.
• Proven record of delivering multi-million-dollar ERP programs involving finance, procurement, and supply chain modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes, integration points, and data migration within Oracle ERP ecosystems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Oracle ERP (Cloud or E-Business Suite) implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation across functional and technical teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams.
• Oversee all phases of project lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while maintaining transparent project communication.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrators.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
• Champion best practices for PMO governance, change control, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM).
