Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Blue Prism, strong technical abilities across automation tools and programming languages, and experience designing scalable automation solutions. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality RPA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism in accordance with best practices.
- Perform process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture for automation initiatives.
- Develop and integrate RESTful web services and APIs to support automation workflows.
- Work with HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocols to automate web-based processes.
- Build and extend automation capabilities using C#, Java, or Python.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data handling, queries, and integration.
- Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and support automation environments within Azure infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile development methodologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and deployment guides.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements to existing automations.
- Engage with Health and Human Services and OIG processes, applying domain knowledge where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of hands-on RPA development experience, with extensive use of Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP).
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and related troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development.
- Experience developing automations with Power Automate.
- Familiarity with processes related to Health and Human Services and OIG operations.
