Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Elasticsearch Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level Elasticsearch clusters. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in search technologies, system administration, monitoring, and security best practices. This role will ensure high availability, performance, and secure operation of Elasticsearch deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer Elasticsearch clusters and nodes.
Monitor cluster performance and availability using Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and related tools.
Implement security controls including authentication, authorization, TLS, role-based access, and audit logging.
Troubleshoot issues related to cluster health, scaling, node failures, indexing performance, and data ingestion.
Manage ELK stack components such as Kibana, Logstash, and Beats.
Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and configuration tools.
Support deployment in cloud or containerized environments.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch v7.x administration.
Expertise with the ELK stack (Kibana, Beats, Logstash).
Proficiency in scripting Bash, Shell, or Python.
Experience working in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, data ingestion, and cluster optimization.
