Business System Analyst – Hybrid Position
Location: Santa Clara, CA.
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: DOE
We are looking for a seasoned Business analyst with 5 to 8 yrs experience who is familiar with the SDLC process, has experience with CLM tools (eg ApttIronclad/Icertis), and can manage to run projects independently (write BRDs/test cases/test and implement) with guidance.
Core Responsibilities:
The main goal is to improve legal operations and processes through technology. Key duties often include:
●Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors.
●Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems.
●Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to Salesforce will be a big plus
●Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
●Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus
●System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
