Georgia Highlands College is a multi-campus, state college member of the University System of Georgia. Founded in 1970 as Floyd Junior College, it now serves more than 6,000 students in Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama across its five locations in Rome, Cartersville, Marietta, and Dallas. ¿ Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college¿s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies

¿ Assist coaching staff with practice planning, skill development, and weights

¿ Assist with film software and scouting reports

¿ Assist with organizing community service events

¿ Support game-day operations, including equipment setup

¿ Encourage teamwork, communication, and positive sportsmanship

¿ Help monitor class attendance and study hall sessions

¿ Performs other duties as assigned

¿ Currently enrolled as a GHC student in good academic standing
¿ Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, while currently in a course of study related to the occupational field
¿ Interest or experience in photography, social media, or sports broadcasting
¿ Must be available to work evening/weekend hours during home games

$12.00 per hour

• Knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and game strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understands practice organization and team management
• Professional, reliable, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
