Griffin Church is a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in Griffin, Georgia, committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and active local and global outreach. We are seeking a Lead Pastor who will serve as our primary preaching pastor and as a leader among the Elders.
The Role
The Lead Pastor will provide Christ-centered spiritual leadership to the congregation, cast and steward vision, equip believers for ministry, and lead the church in disciple-making, evangelism, and community engagement. This pastor will operate within an Elder-led, team-based leadership structure as defined in our Constitution and Bylaws.
