- A growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Proficiency vocally and instrumentally (guitar/keyboard preferred).
- Ability to read scores and lead sheets.
- Ability to lead choir and orchestra.
- 3-5 years worship leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization.
- Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, click tracks, Google Suite.
- Heart for discipleship and shepherding volunteers.
- Proficiency with AV systems.
- Passion for Christ and authentic worship.
- Spiritual maturity and relational strength.
- Creative, detail-oriented, innovative.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Team-oriented, adaptable.
