We’re looking for a hands-on Graphics Printing Operator Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality consumer products. In this role, you’ll lead daily production efforts, support your team on the floor, and ensure customer orders are produced accurately, on time, and to standard.
This is a working leadership role—ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with technical production work and has a sharp eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily production workflow by prioritizing and assigning work orders to meet shipping commitments
Support the Supervisor by directing floor activities, resolving issues, and keeping production moving efficiently
Uphold consumer product quality standards by conducting inspections and recommending corrective actions
Train, coach, and cross-train team members across all graphics production functions
Collaborate with other Team Leads to balance workloads and share resources as needed
Assist with printer setup and troubleshoot minor technical issues
Act as a go-to resource for the Order Coordinator by helping respond to customer questions from the Contact Center
Communicate clearly on workflow status, material needs, and operational challenges
Participate in daily leadership meetings and support any area experiencing staffing, equipment, or process challenges
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Bring
Manufacturing team leadership experience in a production environment
Consumer product manufacturing experience with strong attention to detail and product requirements
The ability to spot defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues before products leave the floor
Sound judgment when making accept/reject quality decisions
Basic Adobe Illustrator experience
Intermediate computer skills; ERP and WMS experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple pieces of equipment and competing priorities at once
Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
2 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Consumer product manufacturing experience required
Custom printing or graphics production experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs unassisted and up to 50 lbs with assistance
Visual acuity for inspecting finished printed products
Hand dexterity to safely operate production equipment
