Graphics Printing Operator
Location: Fall River, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Printing Operator to join our production team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed products by following written and verbal instructions, operating commercial printing equipment, and ensuring all work meets company safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Receive job assignments from the Graphics Lead or Supervisor
Review work order schedules and organize daily printing tasks
Operate a wide variety of commercial printing equipment
Obtain, sort, and process printed products
Measure and trim printed materials according to specifications using a Zünd cutter and hand tools (e.g., X-Acto knife, utility knife)
Assemble printed products to meet product and customer requirements
Prepare and pack finished products for shipment
Deliver completed goods to the Shipping Department using a pallet jack
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Cross-train in various graphics functions
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong judgment in determining accept/reject criteria for printed products
Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. unassisted
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. with assistance
Strong visual acuity for inspecting printed substrates
Adequate hand dexterity required to perform job duties
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in finished goods manufacturing; custom printing experience preferred
