You will assist crew members to uphold safety standards, utilizing hand tools, as well as some exposure to heavy equipment, such as off-road dump trucks and rollers. Keeping each site clean and communicating effectively with the team.Requirements:Must have the ability to function well in a team environment.Remains safety-focused and adheres to all safety protocols.Must have reliable transportation to and from work.Regular attendance and punctuality are required.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy materials, and stand for long periods of time.Willingness to learn and follow instructions from more experienced workers.Description of Duties:Clearing debris, digging trenches, backfilling holes, compacting soil, and grading terrain.Lifts and carries materials, tools, and supplies as needed.Ensure that the proper tools for the day are on the trucks; clean tools, materials, and work areas.Mixes, pours & spreads concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other material using hand tools.Use of trench rollers, or smooth drum rollers, and/or vibratory rollers for soil compaction.Pipe assembly, pipe cutting, and rigging to assist with the installation of various infrastructure components.Use of various tools to grade dirt.Position Type: Full TimeHourly Position: Based on competency and skill level.Benefits:401(k) with discretionary matchingESOP Company Employees own 40%Health Insurance (50% Premium PAID by Employer).Dental Insurance.Vision Insurance (100% paid by employer)Life Insurance.
