Human Resources Recruiter

George Junior Republic and Affiliates seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter.  

Summary of the Position:  The Human Resources Recruiter works as a member of the Human Resources team.  The primary focus of this position is recruiting, supporting HR compliance, and serving as a back-up for payroll. This is an office-based position located in Grove City, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit applicants and supporting recruitment efforts
• Manage business job posting accounts 
• Track and pre-screen applicants using web-based systems
• Interview or support the interview process
• Work within the human resources team to gather all new hire paperwork. 
• Assist in new hire orientation
• Manage provider credentialing 
• Manage contractor files in order to secure appropriate level of insurance, licensure, etc. 
• Manage personnel files (paper and digital)
• Conduct campus tours as needed
• Serve as a back-up to payroll
• Fill-in for members of the human resources team 

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and detail oriented
• Experience completing payroll for multistate companies preferred or interest in becoming payroll certified
• Outgoing and task focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well with established deadlines
• Microsoft and Adobe Suite experience
• ADP experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a confidential work environment 

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and lift
