JOB TITLE: Vacuum Braze Technician
DEPARTMENT: Vacuum Braze
REPORTS TO: Vacuum Braze Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: One or more of the following tasks may be assigned:
Oversee the work involved with Vacuum Brazing, while accounting for pre-braze assembly and chemical processing effects on braze. Interface with engineering on tooling/fixturing configurations. Perform periodic inspection, maintenance, and documentation required on processing equipment, records, and tools. Involvement in pre-braze assembly and cleaning to ensure smooth operations at braze.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience/general understanding of braze operations preferred but not required.
Heat Treat experience helpful.
TRAINING REQUIRED:
None. (Training provided on the job)
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
