Wage Range: 3000.00 - 8000.00 per week
General Description of Benefits: Earn $3,000-$8,000 weekly as an owner-operator with steady, year-round work and pay per load. Enjoy load securement training, referral bonuses, and the flexibility of operating your 2000 or newer tractor.

- 70% of every load hauled
- Monday–Friday Schedule
- $3,000–$8,000 per week
- Top Earners: $10,000/week
- Average Drivers: $5,000/week
- Referral Bonus: 3,000
- Optional Weekend Work (not mandatory—must let dispatch if available or interested)

Owner Operators will be required to have the following:
- 2000 or newer tractor
- Truck must be registered and plated by Owner Op (We do not have or offer a plate program)
- Required Truck documents (call the office for more information (844) 933-1181)
- No trailer rental fees
- Company-provided Qualcomm unit - NO CHARGE
- Company-provided Dash Camera - NO CHARGE
Job Requirements:
To qualify with George Hildebrandt, Inc, you must meet the following criteria:
- 2 full years of Tractor-Trailer Driving Experience
- Valid CDL A
- Must be 23 years of age
