Role Description The Sales Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Pleasant, PA.
- Build reports using syndicated data that provides insights to management and sales team pertaining to DeLallo performance and growth as well as competitor performance and overall trends across a variety of grocery segments.
- Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports to management and sales team and communicate findings.
- Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and promotional performance and effectiveness to inform and shape future promotional plans.
- Utilize syndicated data to build category review slides and/or full presentations to be used by sales team in category review presentations.
- Utilize syndicated data to build promotional materials for new and existing DeLallo grocery items to enhance sales presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Statistics/Mathematics or other related degree with strong quantitative emphasis preferred
- 2 years of work experience in a Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role
- Experience with MS Excel, Access and other BI tools, including Cognos and Microsoft BI is preferred
- Solving complex business problems and providing insights with the supporting data analytics
- Communication skillset: visual, verbal and written
