What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose residential plumbing problems
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations
- Service water heaters, fixtures, shut-off valves, drain systems, water treatment equipment, and plumbing components
- Conduct plumbing system evaluations and inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Complete service documentation using company technology
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and work environment
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to manage service calls independently
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
