George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical is looking for motivated team members who want to learn the plumbing and drain trade from the ground up. This position is the first step toward becoming a residential Service Technician.
As a Drain/Plumbing Installer, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with installations, learning our systems, developing technical skills, and gaining the hands-on experience needed to advance into a technician role.
What You'll Do
- Assist technicians with plumbing and drain installations
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Learn proper installation procedures and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with teammates and homeowners
- Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Learn and follow the George Brazil Way and Nexstar service processes
- Grow your knowledge every day through coaching and hands-on training
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus—but we'll teach the right person
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Team-first mindset
- Desire to build a long-term career in the skilled trades
