George Automotive Services is celebrating 20 years in business. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants to produce, grow and work alongside other driven professionals at our Danville location.
We want technicians who are hungry, humble and smart. You must be motivated to produce, willing to accept coaching, committed to quality work and able to contribute to the team from day one.
This position requires an ongoing commitment to professional development, including active participation and personal investment in an approved technician training program. Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory participation and progress in the program. Training costs and expectations will be fully explained before employment and documented in a separate written agreement.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Complete thorough digital inspections with clear notes and photographs
- Document the customer’s concern, the cause and the recommended correction
- Follow repair procedures and torque specifications
- Verify repairs before returning vehicles to customers
- Keep customer vehicles and work areas clean
- Communicate delays, mistakes and additional concerns immediately
- Work toward individual productivity and hours-produced goals
- Support teammates and help keep work moving through the shop
- Participate in required meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Professional automotive repair experience required
- A-Level or B-Level experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- PA safety inspection and emissions licenses preferred
- Diagnostic and electrical skills are highly valued
- Must provide appropriate personal hand tools
- Must be willing to invest in continued professional training
