The Sr Manager, IT ERP, Global Integrations and EDI is responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, enhancing and modernizing applications and integrations through their life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: ensuring the availability of the ERP applications portfolio; prioritizing application defect reporting and enhancement request queues, managing the scope and deliverables of minor enhancements to large application development or integration projects; forecasting, allocating and directing technical resources; and resolving escalated business partner concerns and issues. Confers with, advises, and coach/mentors subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. Major applications include Oracle EBS R12.2.10 and related responsibility areas, global Boomi integrations and EDI development. This position is also responsible for managing Resources (internal & external), Budget, Service and Product Vendor, Offshore partner and contracts.
This role is considered a HYBRID position. The ideal candidate will be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with periodic onsite work at our North American manufacturing headquarters in Apple Valley, MN

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Please note that this range represents the full base salary wage for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.

What will you do?
- Plans, prioritizes and manages development projects, system upgrades and testing to minimize disruptions to business activities and to use the organization's IT resources effectively. Develops and manages assigned life cycle of IT services (processes, applications, data, hardware, software) so that they meet the organization's current and future business needs. Optimizes operations costs.
- Liaises with business stakeholders to develop and maintain services that are appropriate for their business needs, integrated with other systems and consistent with the overall IT strategy. Is responsible for agreed availability of own area of services as well as incident and change management processes. Provides timely and accurate service support to end users. Researches, evaluates and recommends hardware, software and equipment purchases to enhance the capabilities of IT operations.
- Manages, motivates, mentors, and develops technical resources as needed, and ensures that they deliver software systems that meet the business partners’ needs and expectations. Resource planning and allocation to ensure staffing levels meet business requirements Has cost center ownership and cost accountability of own budget.
- Negotiates contracts; and selects and manages ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure the organization receives agreed service levels.
- Leads project teams, has direct reports and acts as a team leader for IT Specialists, Concept Owners and Developers.
- Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
- Requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 10 years of related experience with progressive leadership experience
- Must have experience leading teams in ERP applications, preferably Oracle ERP on premise or SaaS
- Desirable to have hands-on and experience leading integration teams (Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft or similar applications)
- Desirable to have experience working with EDI integration with ERP and 3rd party systems and applications
- Proven experience and demonstrated success leading onsite and offshore teams to achieve objectives.
- Proficient communication skills, able to effectively communicate and engage all levels of internal and external customers.
- Must be self-starter, goal oriented, and take initiative to achieve objectives.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must be able to provide mentoring and guidance in alignment with organizations values.
