Job Title: Workday Finance Reporting Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Must have Investment Banking experience.
Experience Required
- Experience designing and building Workday Reports
- Strong experience with Workday Finance module.
- The ability to create a solution that people want instead of what is being asked for.
- The ability to represent the needs of multiple clients in one solution.
- Ability to visually represent a conversation in real time.
- Ability to create a wireframe to discover new business requirements.
- Manage and prioritize a Jira backlog of reports.
- Ability to create a vision around a solution and communicate it from the perspective of the customer.
- Extensive experience in software development, preferably within the financial services industry, particularly the investment management industry.
- Know the difference between a wireframe and a design and can wireframe an idea or concept during a conversation, that is either in person or virtual.
- Strong Data Visualization skills, experience with MS Fabric preferred.
- Business Intelligence experience, Power BI preferred.
- Strong interest in AI and how we can incorporate it into our solutions.
- Track record in business analysis and process improvement.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.
- Experience working with large sets of data.
