Position: Operations Senior Mentor
Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates for multiple Operations Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Operations Senior Mentor provides certified expertise across multiple technical domains to deliver direct mission support and mentorship within a 24/7/365 operational environment.
Position DescriptionThe Operations Senior Mentor will perform real-time, on-site operations in support of SIGINT missions using certified skills in both active and passive geolocation methodologies. This role also focuses on mentoring and developing operators, ensuring high certification pass rates, and contributing to the advancement of training and tradecraft resources. Rotating shift work may be required.
Required QualificationsCurrent certifications in basic operations and active/passive geolocation methods and technologies
Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s)
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Previous experience conducting advanced geolocation operations across multi-technology domains
Ability and willingness to obtain higher-level geolocation certifications
Minimum of 5 specific certifications (details omitted due to classification)
Proven record of mentoring at least twenty (20) JOIO operators with a 90% JQS/Certification pass rate
Successful completion of Expert Operator certification
Must be a certified, experienced senior mentor in at least two (2) of the following three (3): PGSM, AGSM, or RSM
