Position Summary
Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates for Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Senior Mentor will provide direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day mission, leveraging certified expertise across multiple technical disciplines.
Position Description
The Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor will:
Provide on-site, real-time mentoring and training support
Develop and maintain course curriculum, training references, and working aids
Track and maintain operator qualification records to improve proficiency
Advise on job qualification standards
Maintain currency through participation in real-world SIGINT operations
Instruct platform-training courses in tactical reporting and collection operations
Support rotating shift requirements as needed
Required Qualifications
Five (5) years of operational and/or instructional experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions, time-sensitive reporting, and other IC reporting products
Current or prior experience with time-sensitive reporting
Proficiency with customer databases, multi-media reporting systems, and SIGINT writing styles
Knowledge and experience in multi-technology geolocation and RF collection operations
Desired Qualifications
Certified instructor experience supporting training and operational geolocation technologies
Ability and willingness to obtain multiple geolocation specialized certifications
Additional Information
Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years in time-sensitive reporting, product reporting, and Preliminary Mission Summaries (PREMS)
Ability to instruct others in time-sensitive reporting
Required operational experience with:
KL, T-GRAM, E-GRAM, multi-media reporting
COASTLINE and AMHS
SIGINT writing styles
SIGINT Maps (Google Earth or ArcGIS)
