Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Live Streaming Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is central to managing and optimizing our live streaming channels. You will be responsible for daily account operations, host scheduling, recruitment, training, and supporting major live streaming events. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, an independent problem-solver, and excels in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and performance of official live streaming accounts.
- Plan and coordinate the weekly schedule for live stream hosts.
- Lead monthly recruitment and training initiatives for new hosts, covering presentation scripts, engagement strategies, and platform protocols.
- Provide end-to-end operational support for large-scale live streaming events, from planning to execution and post-event analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key streaming metrics to drive viewer engagement and improve performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical or operational issues to maintain broadcast quality.
Requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce, or digital content coordination is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems proactively.
- Adaptable quick learner, comfortable with new tools and evolving processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a persistent and thorough work ethic.
- Ability to remain reliable and effective under the pressure of a live broadcast environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Position Details:
