Role Description
We are seeking a Livestream Operations Intern to join Genzest LLC in West Hollywood, CA. This is an on-site internship position. The intern will support day-to-day livestream operations, including assisting with broadcast setup, monitoring sessions, engaging with viewers, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth execution. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in e-commerce livestreaming and digital operations.
Job Type: Internship (Part-time approximately 10 hours/wk, On-site)
Compensation: Paid internship $18/hourly rate
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and monitoring livestream sessions
- Support hosts by arranging livestream scenes and product displays for optimal presentation
- Engage with viewers in a professional and interactive manner
- Collect and analyze livestream performance data to provide insights for optimization
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve livestream processes
- Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows and technical requirements
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in sales, e-commerce, or live-streaming is a plus
- Knowledge of live-streaming platforms/software preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Additional Skills (Preferred, not required)
- Mandarin and English proficiency to support cross-team communication and audience engagement
- Ability to maintain an engaging on-camera presence during livestream sessions
- Creative sense for product presentation and visual arrangement
