What You'll Do:
- Re-engage past customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts
- Build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
- Convert lost opportunities into sales from technician invoices and sales proposals
- Schedule appointments for sales reps and technicians
- Master overcoming objections and gain a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up like a pro!
- 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record required (outbound phone sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with outstanding follow-through
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work in-office (this isn't a remote position)
- Service industry in HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience is a plus, but not required
