What You'll Do:
- Provide live coaching support to technicians during customer calls and appointments.
- Help technicians present multiple service and product options effectively (Good, Better, Best).
- Lead virtual presentations for larger ticket items, using video software to engage customers.
- Partner with technicians to qualify leads and close sales.
- Perform occasional ride-alongs to offer hands-on coaching.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to keep the team sharp.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role.
- Experience in residential services such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred.
- Strong sales instincts and proven ability to build trust quickly.
