What Does the Day-to-Day Look Like for an HVAC Technician at Genz Ryan?- Build trust fast and guide homeowners to the right heating and cooling solutions
- Diagnose issues and knock out light repairs on the spot
- Hand off sold equipment to our install team — you sell it, they run it
- Put safety first, always
- Show up sharp and professional — our brand matters
- Complete quality checks to make sure customers are thrilled
- Tackle side tasks with confidence and pride
- 20% commission on services you sell and complete
- 8–12% commission on equipment you sell that others install (yes, you can discount)
- 5% commission on leads you pass that get completed by others (all 3 trades)
- Up to $50 per membership signup
- 1–5% commission on tech-generated cross-trade leads (plumbing/drains/electrical)
Prefer hourly pay instead? We have that too!
- 1 year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- 18 years old
- Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
- Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
- Hungry to learn and level up
- Boiler experience = BIG bonus
- Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
