You Will
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner and support Financial Planning & Analysis across the Americas
- Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business.
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Support detailed operating analysis focused on PIC’s Central business unit.
- Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
- Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
- Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PIC’s business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance.
- Establish priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail and
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a financial related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role applying core finance and accounting principles.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Familiarity with D365 and other financial software systems.
