🧾 What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns.
- Research and resolve tax issues and identify planning opportunities.
- Manage and communicate directly with clients (they value relationships, not just compliance).
- Review work and mentor staff — you’ll help shape the next generation of the firm.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).
- Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- A genuine desire to work in a positive, team-oriented environment.
