Our client, a NYC-based investment firm, is seeking a Staff Accountant with the potential to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Process wires and record them
- Assist with corporate-level bank reconciliations
- Help with month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes
- Add new bank accounts
- Book and adjust journal entries
- Review invoices and manage payables
- Handle accounts receivable
- Support ad-hoc projects for senior leadership as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
- At least 2 years of accounting experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
