Site Finance Manager
Position Summary
Lead the finance function for a manufacturing site by partnering with plant leadership to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and long-term growth. This role provides strategic support through budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, and strong financial controls while promoting continuous improvement across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership on financial strategy and performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Manage product costing, inventory, standard costs, and working capital
- Maintain strong internal controls, audit support, and governance compliance
- Provide financial modeling and decision support for operational and capital initiatives
- Improve financial processes, reporting visibility, and data accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
- Promote financial awareness around cost drivers, margins, and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of manufacturing or plant finance experience
- Strong costing, inventory, forecasting, and controls background
- ERP experience required (JDE or similar preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
