We’re a boutique-style firm in Wilmington, DE, supporting a growing portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals, partnerships, and closely held corporations. Our clients are complex, interesting, and often entrepreneurial — and our team is the same.

We're looking for a Tax Manager who's great at what they do but also knows how to be a genuinely good human at work. If you love building long-term client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and still enjoy the intellectual challenge of tax strategy (without the Big 4 burnout), we should talk.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex tax returns (individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate) with an emphasis on HNWI and pass-through entities.
• Be the go-to for your clients — building trusted relationships, providing proactive advice, and helping them sleep better at night.
• Lead and mentor a team of bright, capable associates and seniors — people you’ll actually enjoy working with.
• Collaborate with partners and directors on high-level strategy, tax planning, and business advisory.
• Stay current on tax law changes (and help us all understand what they actually mean).
• Identify process improvements or tech tools that make our work smarter — not harder.

What You Bring

• CPA license (or EA) required.
• 5 years of public accounting tax experience — ideally with exposure to HNWI, partnerships, and/or corporate clients.
• A solid understanding of federal and multi-state tax regs, and a curious mind that likes solving problems.
• A people-first attitude: you enjoy working collaboratively, mentoring others, and having a good laugh when appropriate.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client needs — without losing your cool.
