- Experience: 4 years of purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Supplier Pricing: Experience developing supplier pricing strategies, evaluating costs, and identifying savings opportunities.
- Negotiation: Strong experience negotiating supplier pricing, terms, conditions, and contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze supplier proposals, pricing trends, purchasing data, and cost structures.
- ERP/MRP Systems: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for purchasing, inventory management, and material planning.
- Self-Directed: Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of Purchasing or Procurement Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience developing supplier and negotiating pricing, terms and contracts.
- ERP | MRP Systems.
- Self Started | Self Directed.

Pay range and compensation package
- 100K-120K plus bonus
