- HR Compliance: Maintain the Employee Handbook; ensure all policies align with federal/state laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
- Full Lifecycle Contract Management:
- Drafting: Create employment offers, NDAs, and separation agreements.
- Negotiation & Execution: Review and negotiate terms with staffing agencies and HR tech vendors.
- Tracking: Manage renewal dates, terminations, and amendments via Contract Management Systems (CMS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR/Operations with heavy experience in Contract Administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: DocuSign experience preferred.
