Civil Project Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and permitting of a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on residential, commercial, municipal, and roadway improvements from initial concept through construction, providing excellent exposure to all phases of project delivery and long term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Design roadways, residential developments, commercial sites, and utility infrastructure projects
• Perform stormwater management design and modeling
• Prepare grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility plans
• Coordinate Town, State, and Federal permitting efforts
• Develop projects from conceptual planning through construction documents
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and technical staff throughout the design process
• Support project coordination, scheduling, and client communication
• Assist with technical analyses and preparation of reports and supporting documentation
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Associate Degree in Civil Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with AutoCAD, Carlson, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based applications
• Familiarity with ArcGIS and HydroCAD is a plus
• EIT certification or the ability to obtain EIT certification preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a deadline driven environment

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
