Responsibilities:
AIA & Progress Billing
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA G702/G703 pay applications
- Maintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV)
- Coordinate percent-complete billing with Project Managers
- Track retainage and change orders
Receivables & Collections
- Monitor AR aging
- Follow up with GCs and developers on outstanding invoices
- Resolve billing disputes
- Coordinate with accounting on cash application
Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare conditional and unconditional lien waivers
- Track subcontractor/vendor lien documentation
- Maintain accurate job cost records
- Ensure billing compliance with contract requirements
Systems
- Process billing in QuickBooks
- Maintain organized job files
- Assist with month-end reporting
Required Experience
- 3 years construction billing experience
- Direct experience preparing AIA G702/G703 forms
- Familiarity with SOV and progress billing
- Knowledge of lien waivers and retainage
- Experience with QuickBooks or construction accounting software
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
