We’re currently seeking a Deburr Hand Finisher – Level 3 to join our team on Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:30pm). This full-time, hourly position plays a critical role in ensuring our parts meet the highest standards—free of sharp edges and finished to perfection.
What You’ll Do
This role requires standing for long periods, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You may be exposed to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, and dust.

What You’ll Do
- Follow detailed traveler instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Use a variety of deburring hand tools for different applications
- Read and interpret intermediate blueprints and measurements
- Maintain tight tolerances and avoid oversizing
- Operate sand blast and tumble machines efficiently
- Scribe parts using vibro-peen tools
- Understand surface finishes and edge breaks
- Document production standards and part counts
- Complete discrepant tag information when needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
- 3 years of hand finishing experience
- Intermediate experience with mechanical hand tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and finishing skills
- Solid understanding of blueprint tolerances and math
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
