About The Opportunity
Worksite: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm)
Compensation: $25–$35/hour depending on experience, plus PTO, 401(k), and Health, Vision, and Dental benefits
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
What success looks like
You’ll take ownership of a new build: review specs with Engineering, collaborate with Tooling on fixture improvements, set up your machines, and deliver a part that passes inspection on the first article—then document lessons learned to shave minutes off the next cycle.

- You translate prints into production plans and select the right tooling and setups
- You execute on manual lathes, mills, and grinders to exacting tolerances
- You validate every critical feature with careful inspection and documentation
- You collaborate to resolve challenges and make the next run better than the last
- You keep your area safe, organized, and efficient
- 7 years of manual machining including toolmaking, fixturing, and production manufacturing
- Fluency in blueprint interpretation and GD&T
- Thorough understanding of machine capabilities and tolerance stack-ups
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and a quality-obsessed approach
