Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance across all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies and goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure effective cost control and revenue optimization.
- Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high engagement and productivity.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Direct performance evaluation and talent development initiatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with company leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand standards.
- Proactively address business challenges, including profit shortfalls, team or guest issues, and competitive pressures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or equivalent executive-level hospitality role.
- Strong background in financial management, business planning, and budgeting.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
