This position will serve as the first point of contact for routine field issues, support installation crews, manage unfinished work, coordinate customer follow-up, and help maintain high standards for quality and professionalism.What You'll Earn$32-$36 per hour, based on experienceMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance,15 Paid Vacation Days,9 Paid Holidays,401(k) with company match,Tool account with 0% interest,Company vehicle for business use,Strong work-life balance focus and 24/7 chaplain supportSchedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional extended hours as job demands requireWhat You'll DoMonitor active residential HVAC installations and help keep jobs moving toward completionServe as the first point of contact for routine installer questions and field problemsProvide technical and logistical support to installation crewsVisit complicated, delayed, or troubled jobs when necessaryManage unfinished jobs by identifying what is needed and coordinating a clear completion planCommunicate with customers regarding routine delays, return visits, and installation correctionsDirect the Installation Support Technician's follow-ups, customer visits, quality checks, IAQ work, field support, and additional changeoutsCoordinate the installation-side electrical lead and helper on HVAC electrical work, panel upgrades, generators, and related repair workReview installation pictures, documentation, and quality concernsCoordinate corrections and coach crews on recurring workmanship problemsHelp reduce callbacks, failed inspections, red tags, and repeated quality issuesAttend the weekly production meeting and provide updates on unfinished work, customer commitments, and significant field concernsSet clear expectations for quality, productivity, communication, professionalism, and accountabilityEscalate major customer, financial, personnel, safety, or licensing concerns to the Direct SupervisorWhat You NeedThree or more years of residential HVAC installation experienceStrong working knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, installation, startup, and troubleshootingPrevious experience as a lead installer, field supervisor, installation coordinator, or similar leadership roleAbility to organize and monitor multiple active jobsStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach employees and hold them accountableExcellent communication and customer-service skillsAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions when several issues occur at onceStrong follow-through and attention to detailAbility to use email, mobile applications, and field-documentation softwareValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordThis is an opportunity to move beyond working on one installation at a time and help improve the performance of the entire residential installation operation.
